Oricom Tech Solutions is a KNX-certified intelligent building systems integrator and electrical contractor based in Warri, Delta State, Nigeria. We design, supply, and install complete smart building ecosystems for high-end residential and commercial clients across Nigeria.

Live Showroom
Our Warri compound serves as a live demonstration environment for every system we install. Clients can experience KNX lighting control, HVAC automation, multiroom audio, home cinema, solar hybrid systems, and CCTV in a real residential setting — before making any commitment.
This is not a showroom floor. It is a functioning home, built to demonstrate what intelligent living actually feels like.
Our Approach
We begin with a detailed consultation to understand the building, the client's lifestyle, and their long-term expectations. Every project scope is custom — we do not sell packages.
We produce full system designs including KNX group address plans, DB layouts, cable schedules, and equipment BOQs before a single cable is pulled.
Our installation teams are trained in-house. Commissioning is carried out by our KNX-certified engineers using ETS software with full documentation handover.
We remain accountable after handover. System updates, expansions, and fault resolution are part of our ongoing relationship with every client.
